Brilliant! I came in not at all knowing what kind of dress I wanted, but left with the absolute perfect one! The store attendant was friendly and jovial, and did what she could to help. A single stitch was missing from the dress so she discounted the price. I'm ecstatic with my purchase :)

Fasta Pasta SOUTH TERRACE (by the Chifely Hotel) is wonderful. The restaurant itself is a pleasure to sit in, unlike most which have a high school canteen quality to them. It is run by some charming Italian men, who are so very friendly and accomidating. I shall most definitely be visiting again soon.

A great little place with a charming beach side atmosphere carried on throughout the premises. The food choices are varied and delicious, and the chefs love feedback, good or bad! Very friendly staff.

I go to Gloria Jean's Colonnades most days during my break, and on a good day, their coffee is brilliant; hot and made exactly to order. These good days are usually when the husband/wife team, of the son of the owners, isn't working. The youngens do a great job, if I ask for soy, I get soy. If I ask for decaf, I get decaff. If I ask for hot chocolate, I get it hot. It's disappointing that when it's mostly the 'family' rostered on, that the product suffers.

A great little, ambient and wonderful smelling, store! I love shopping here for an interesting bargain. The staff and genuinely helpful, and there is a large selection of decent incences.

Great friendly (and quite a few good looking) staff, always more then happy to be of assistance in finding anything, no matter how obvious it might have been to find if I weren't so lazy/impatient. Know their stuff.

Eating in the outdoors Pizzeria, a barn has been renovated in a very rustic, rural France way. Pizzas are made to order in a large, and beautifully built, pizza oven. They are thin, extremely tasty, and served on a large wooden board as apposed to a plate. Service is lovely, they're so friendly; especially the charismatic owner of the restaurant, and his wife (his son is one of the pizza chefs). The staff make you feel very much at home. Fantastic atmosphere!

The staff are bored-out-of-their-brain selective listeners who don't do much but sit/stand behind the counter and call out order names, seeing customers as naught but an interuptance of their magazine reading or television watching. On occasion I have been on hold for up to ten minutes, only then to be forgotten about and hung-up on.

The sales assistants are pushy for sales, and especially pushy when it comes to upselling. The shoes they offer to try with clothes are old, tatty, and have sweat marks. The staff stand around smiling like mannequins, and pounce on you with a very false, 'how are you today, can i help you find what you are looking for?', as soon as you walk in the door, while they pretend to tidy racks. Constantly bothering you and mithering about while you try on clothes. Customer service is one thing, but it was purely irritaing and made me feel clustrophobic.

I needed advice on a new console, but the staff were unknowledgable and unhelpful. For a store that 'prides' itself on their customer service (and I should know as I've worked for the company) it was appauling.
