I would not recommend this place to anyone. We were treated rudely, my daughter was judged and ridiculed for her size 12 shape and we were refused dresses to try on based on their opinions. Prices were more expensive than others we went went to and those places we were treated with respect and acceptance. Don’t give your money to these people! Disgusting behaviour- nice to see that at least we weren’t the only ones!

I have been to this shop for a while and everytime just checking and trying new styles. The female assistant there very helpful. She is polite and listened to what I wanted. She took the time to help me out and let me try on lot of dresses. I ended up buying one I really like. I was so happy finally found amazing dress to wear on my birthday! Overall, I had a wonderful experience, thanks to Lita. I would come back to get my formal dress next year. Thanks again

Emma has been really helpful. She is very welcoming, friendly and polite to the customers. My friebd and I was looking for a dress to wear in our friend s wedding. We both went to copycat fashion, where Emma s customer service really made us to browse the store. She was really honest about her opinion. She didn’t force us to buy a dress which was not suitable for the occasion. She has a good understanding of fashion and what would suit the person. She helped us to chose a dress. OMG everyone in the wedding was asking me where I bought this dress from.. I received millions of compliments after seeing my beautiful dress 4-5 my friends went into the store to buy dresses. I can’t thank enough Emma for helping me to chose s beautiful dress. I went there again very next day with my partner on Valentine’s day to buy an another dress, which is really pretty. I will definitely be visiting the store again. Thanks Emma

Customer service was absoloutly terrible. I went into this store a couple of days ago on a search for our formal dresses, which is coming up in June. My friend saw a dress that she thought was gorgeous, and asked the shop assistant if she could try it on. She told us that you can only try on dresses if you are serious about buying it, and implied that we were typical teenage girls who would try on the dress for 'fun' and then ruin it, which 'wasn't fair for other customers who were serious about buying it'. I was FURIOUS and extremely offended, she was very rude and we left straight away. It's a true shame because my friend loved the dress & probably would have bought it. As a teenager who has worked in customer service for a short amount of time, even I know that you do not talk to customers like that. They just lost themselves $1000. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, I have been in here 3 times before (this time was the third and last time), and the other 2 times the shop assistants were behind the desk and wouldn't even squeeze out a mere hello to us. Shocking, shocking, shocking. Will never step foot into this store again.

Copycat fashions is not the place to go for amazing quality, the price pretty accurately reflects the quality of the product in most cases however you can find some diamonds in here.
Found 2 gorgeous dresses in here, the first however was stitched incorrectly causing the top layer of skirt to pull the under layer up and gathers unflatteringly, so I had to go with the other dress that while it wasnt quite what I wanted sat beautifully on.
Staff member was pleasant enough but not particularly helpful

VISITED ON A PUBLIC HOLIDAY (VERY SURPRISED) WASN'T LOOKING FOR ANYTHING AND LEFT WITH 2 SUMMER DRESSES AND A BEACH SKIRT. LOVED THE CLOTHES AND THE DISCOUNTS. FRIENDLY SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL TOO

Brilliant! I came in not at all knowing what kind of dress I wanted, but left with the absolute perfect one! The store attendant was friendly and jovial, and did what she could to help. A single stitch was missing from the dress so she discounted the price. I'm ecstatic with my purchase :)
