The service in West Lakes and Harbour Town was outstanding! The ladies that helped me today in both store were very helpful, they are never too busy to help, great customer service ladies so refreshing walking into both stores and to be greeted with a friendly smile.

I absolutely love Cue's clothes. They're very sophisticated but still sexy. No one else produces clothes of a similar style.

The clothing is surely made with good quality but some items of clothing seemed a little too overpriced which can be hard for those people who don't have a lot of money to spend.

The clothing is beautiful and very high quality, but prices are a bit high. but for clothing of such fine quality this is expected.

Approximate cost: $80

I am always happy with a purchase from cue, even though it takes me ages to save up for a single item. I find their style unique, and stand fashion trends. Sales staff need to be trained better though. I have often walked in with a large sum of money and until that is realised, I am treated as an inferior because I look young.

service is pretty poor, the sales staff look down at you, maybe because i walk in with my kids too. prices are way too expensive, you'll have to be rich to be able to buy your clothes from there, definitely not for someone like myself.

The sales assistants are pushy for sales, and especially pushy when it comes to upselling. The shoes they offer to try with clothes are old, tatty, and have sweat marks. The staff stand around smiling like mannequins, and pounce on you with a very false, 'how are you today, can i help you find what you are looking for?', as soon as you walk in the door, while they pretend to tidy racks. Constantly bothering you and mithering about while you try on clothes. Customer service is one thing, but it was purely irritaing and made me feel clustrophobic.

I often shop here, there clothes are always excellent quality and last for ever. Cue is the first place I go when looking for work wear. One of the best things about Cue is that the clothes are made in Australia. They are a little pricey but it is worth it for the quality and to keep jobs in Australia.
