After this place was recommended to us, we had no hesitation to take our dog to be washed and groomed. Our appointment time was 11.00am so we dropped her off and was told that they would call us when she was finished (approx 2 hours) 3 and a half hours went by and nothing. We were just about to ring when we get a phone call saying that our dog had fallen off the bench, and that she was with the vet. Then I find out that she hadn't even started to trim her. 31/2 hours late. The girl didn't even care and just shrugged her shoulders.No communication whatsoever, lousy customer service.

After dining at Cafe Saffron in Ivanhoe I was looking forward to trying the one at Sth Morang. This definitely didn't disappoint. There are your usual dishes that you would find at an Indian restaurant, along with some unusual ones. Staff were very attentive without being intrusive. Reasonably priced for the quality.

We recently used this catering business for a function at home. Nothing was too much trouble and right from the word go communication was fantastic. The food is cooked fresh on site on the BBQ and there was more than plenty. Fantastic service and food all with a minimum of fuss. Would definitely use again.

Staff really looked like they would rather be somewhere else and not serving. Not friendly, not even a false smile. It's a shame because they have some fantastic items, but not very welcoming at all.
