We bought a 2 person tent from rays and it was $100+ and for that amount of money you would have thought it would be a decent quality we went camping and set up the tent and it turned out it wasn't waterproof we were a 3+hour drive from the rays we got it from and a 45+ minute drive to the nearest town we got set up late so we couldn't go back to town luckily we had a packet of garbage bags which we used to waterproof the best we could the tent ( not a happy camper to say the least) when we got home I went in to rays and told them about my "lovely weekend " away and the guy was like well what do you want me to do about it attitude I got a refund but was disgusted in the guys handling of my complaint I didn't think I was being rude or I was wrong for being upset that crappy tent ruined the whole weekend ,we didn't end up going into town to buy a new one cause the travel back and forth to town would have been nearly 2 hours of our day gone

The catalogue dated 8/12-24/12 advertised surf sliders for $8 but when I attended the South Morang store the staff member said that they only had 2 pairs left on the shelf (both a size 10, one for male and one for female). When I got home, I rang the Preston store to check for stock availability. The staff member said that they too had sold out. Found this a little hard to believe especially when both stores sold out upon catalogue commencement. Staff at Preston said they weren't getting anymore in. I drove all the way to South Morang, wasted an entire morning.

Staff really looked like they would rather be somewhere else and not serving. Not friendly, not even a false smile. It's a shame because they have some fantastic items, but not very welcoming at all.
