I always purchase my groceries from this store. It's a small but friendly place. The staff are always very helpful in any way that they can. I'm normally served by 'Kylie' who is always happy and loves to have a chat with me. This always makes my shopping a experience and I'm always happy when I leave. I purchase several items from this store and I always get awesome service. I'm normally served by Mishelle but other staff normally join in to help me decide of things. They always give me a discount on whatever I purchase. Whenever I'm passing they always say hello plus they always clean my jewellery for free. Keep up the great work girls and thanks again. I had a Borders voucher that I need to use. I still find that these store need more maps around the place for 'floating' staff to be able to help you. Even though they have their computers there for us to look up things, it is still very confusing to find things. I found it more frustrating having to stand in a queue for a long period of time just to be pointed in the direction of where the book might be. What happened to staff actually taking you to where something might be - I still didn't find what I was after so still to this day I haven't used the voucher. Maybe next time I'm shopping I'll try again.

I had several 'Westfield' Vouchers that I had to use and found myself coming to Dunklings. The staff in there were incredible - they went out of their way to help me find things that I might like. I ended up purchasing 2 gold crosses and chains for my kids plus a knife block and a gecko wall piece. I had been to several other shops at Doncaster but no-one took the time to help me like they did. I think I was there for about 1 hour and it was so much fun. I didn't just have one staff member helping there was several, even the other customers started to help me. What an exciting shopping day I had with them. Thanks Ladies.

I visited this shop about 4 weeks ago as I needed to purchase a tracksuit plus a jacket also. When entering the shop I noticed there was a staff member standing behind a counter. I smiled at her and said hello - I got nothing in return!! A smile would have been nice. I had a look around the shop and found exactly what I was looking for plus a few extras so I went to try them on. They fitted perfectly so I went to the counter to purchase them. The girl behind the counter was not there, I waited a few minutes and then thought I'll go else where as I wasn't happy with the service and that pays a big part on things for me. If I don't get the right service then I wont purchase from that or any store.

Need information for travelling to Bali and the agent that served me was exceptional. Even though I wasn't ready to book that day I found that she went out of her way to help me. We ended up talking for at least 1/2 hour and all the advise that she gave me was fantastic. Since visiting the Doncaster Flight Centre and her recommendation we have now booked our holiday thru Flight Centre and are so looking forward to our holiday. Thank you to that agent that spent so much time with us, it was awesome.

I needed to purchase a fitted sheet for a queens size bed - they didn't have any in stock so I asked someone for help (they must have been about 15 yo and had NO idea what a fitted sheet was) After having to wait about 10 minutes for them to find someone that knew what it was, it then took about another 15 minutes to find some out the back. I was rather disappointed especially having to wait so long and especially when the staff didn't know what a fitted sheet was and that was the department 'Manchester' that they were working in. Big W need to train their staff better so we can get better service. Thanks for nothing.

Not too bad but unfortunately lacked in sales staff. No one around to help with service. We also noticed that there was a lack of knowledge as to where items might be found. The lay out of the floors was great - you had the space to move around. Alot of shops tend to put too much around the shop making it hard to look around.

This shop is great for kids but even as an adult it's really interesting. So many different types of things and you can always find a great gift there when it comes to kids birthdays. OMG I love this shop - I love all the different things they have. Definitely happy to take my kids in there to shop.
