I find that an air of familiarity comes with speaking to those who are part of this specific Myer store. Today, I was highly impressed with the Clinique Brand, the lady named Vera, was highly knowledgeable with assisting older clientele. The way she was able gauge what was needed, was highly efficient and also suggested that I consider their products. My thoughts are with those who bring their insight and years of experience to the older demographics, hope to catch you soon Mary Hudak.

Approximate cost: $100

my review is specific for MYER GIFT REGISTRY. We were assisted by very friendly staff members who were always smiling and happy to with setting up our wedding gift registry. the staff even gave me some valuable hints and advice on what types and brands and items i can put on the list.

It is very big store but the price is always more than other places and you have to pay more for the same brands. There are not enough assistant as well and when you need one you have to walk around to find someone. However the collection of perfumes are more complete than other places.

I like the store. Great for browsing and picking up a bargain at sale time. The store is not well staffed though and many casuals are not well trained. I don't like the fact that you have to pay for parking.

Renovated not too long ago, already showing signs of age. A poorly managed and staffed store. David Jones is much better

This is one of the worst serviced store I have ever been to. Not only is there hardly anyone to serve you but, often there is only 1 person on the whole floor to service. I have found some staff members quite rude and unhelpful, often chatting amongst themselves instead of serving customers at the counter. Many staff members do not know their stock. Not all staff are like this and there are a few good staff members in the store. I refuse to purchase if I cannot find anyone to serve me, I simply walk off. I haven't got the time to wait around. This store used to be my favourite and have found since Westfield re-opened back in 2008 that there are less staff members on the floor as the store has cut back on staff. I feel sorry for staff that are working here as they often cop a lot of abuse from customers complaining about how there is no one on the floor. I have found that the quality of the stock is horrid, they used to have better quality of clothing, shoes and accessories. I prefer to buy these at DJ's. If you want cheap prices shop at Myer but, if you want proper customer service you would be better off going to a speciality boutique where they pride themselves in customer service.
