This jewelry shop has a really lovely selection of jewelry that is very reasonably priced. Great place to buy gifts for 18th or 21st birthdays. Staff very friendly and not pushy. Eliza is particularly helpful and always provides great service.

My wife and I buy almost all our jewelry here. They look after us each time without pushy sales pressure.

My favourite occasion was when we went shopping for my wifes engagement ring. I took my wife there to look at what they had and to see of there was anything she liked. One ring stood out but it would be a month before I could return. I must point out that this had been my first visit to this store.

I returned a month later and got the same staff member. He remembered me and the ring I was looking at. He also pointed out that it had been on sale the week before (he was able to show me the catalogue) but he gave it to me at nearly the same price which was a considerable saving.

We have come back to get it cleaned with no hassle and always have been greeted warmly.

We really like their products and whilst this salesman has moved to another store, we have found the others to ne just as polite and helpful to us even when we have stated that we were just browsing and would not be buying.

I had my braclet serviced, i needed some links taken out to make it fit, the service was very friendly and explained how long it would take to fix and it arrived back a couple days earlier than expected. I was given the links back to the braclet and have had no problems with it since.

I purchase several items from this store and I always get awesome service. I'm normally served by Mishelle but other staff normally join in to help me decide of things. They always give me a discount on whatever I purchase. Whenever I'm passing they always say hello plus they always clean my jewellery for free. Keep up the great work girls and thanks again.
