Been here a couple of times over the past couple of months - once for casual dining, another for a function.
The casual dining experience was great and couldn't fault it. Lovely food, great service and friendly staff.
The function was also good however, the function coordinator needs to be a bit more on the ball - a minor thing was stuffed up because updated instruction didn't reach the kitchen. Also, tea & coffee service needs to be more secluded or obvious it is just for the function table - other diners were helping themselves to our tea & coffee and we had to get additional cups and more tea/coffee.
That said, it was still a fabulous meal, great service and friendly staff. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day.

After spending over a week traveling around, we finished our holiday at Rydges Tradewinds - and what a lovely surprise to find we had a suite rather than a basic hotel room.
Reception staff were friendly and efficient, although check-in lacked a little. The room was huge, clean, comfortable and quiet.
As we had a lovely balcony with great views, we chose to have room service dinner - it arrived in super quick time, was the same price as the restaurant and was delish!
Will definitely stay there again the next time we visit FNQ.

Hadn't been here in a lot of years and was pleased to find it hasn't changed too much. Still great service, fantastic food and good atmosphere.
The chefs aren't as animated as they used to be - used to put on quite a display with their utensils, but it's the food, not the entertainment that draws people back here.
The quality and quantity of food is worth every dollar.
If you're wanting to catch your food - don't come here - this is teppanyaki with style. Food for the enjoyment of eating, not catching, and plenty of it. We couldn't finish our meals.

Took the family out to lunch here one Saturday - we'll be back. The best seafood pizza I've ever had. Great base and good mix of seafood - so tasty.
Bit of a mix up with the orders, but resolved quickly and without issue.
Fabulous range of cakes - the baked new york cheesecake was amazing.
Overall - great food, casual atmosphere and friendly staff.

After reading other reviews, I must have stumbled on a bad weekend for these guys.
My room was fine.. not great. My shower was the old shower head that puts out 12+ litres a minute.
Could not get internet, cups and spoons were dirty - but put away as though clean, no services were available on the weekend - restaurant closed for dinner, shuttle service not operating and no one to resolve the internet issue. And management and staff couldn't care less.
Great views though.

Great little beauty salon with good range of products and services. I've only had my nails done here (acrylic & shellac) and both girls do an amazing job.

Great location - buses almost right outside the door and the train an easy 10 min stroll.
The manager of this hotel should be super proud of his staff - friendly, accommodating, efficient, beautifully presented and greet you with a smile.
The building itself is quite old but the fit out is nicely done. There is such a lovely ambiance in this hotel - it seemed to have an immediate calming effect. The little touches like the lavender sprigs in the room number plates and the fragrant soap and products. Everything seems to be done to appeal to the senses.
The food was fabulous, great menu.. just could ease up on the salt a little, but otherwise really enjoyable.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

For me the discount does not out weigh the poor layout, too narrow aisles, appalling service and too many inexperienced staff - who do not know the meaning of customer service.
All too often they've "just run out" of my prescription, in the packaging required, which means either go somewhere else (after waiting ½ hour for them to tell me that!!) or pay the extra for an alternative (same product, packaged differently).
I'll happily shop on-line for other items - but I'm over waiting so long for prescriptions.

These guys are fabulous. After dealing with our not so great insurance company, these guys made the rest of the experience much more bearable.
Friendly service and attention to detail.. seem to go the extra mile and super quick repairs.
Highly recommend if you are able to choose your own repairer.

Carly is lovely and has excellent customer service. In my 3 visits she's been on time and so wonderfully warm and friendly - my first experience with Carly was over the phone while looking for someone local to do Acrylic nails, one quick conversation later and I was sold on a new product called Shellac. I have terrible nails and I really don't like the acrylic or gel process (too much filing and those drills scare me!) - I'll never do those harsh products again.
Ladies, you have to try this product and if you are local to Bundoora, head to CL Beauty for this amazing product (also known as the 14 day manicure).
