These are not cheap shirts - even on sale - and I don't mind paying for quality products. I purchased a couple of shirts from these guys on-line. One of the shirts was good (not great for the $$'s, but good) - the other, so bad, completely unwearable! The 'faulty' shirt was purchased as a sale item. It appears 'sale' means off-loading faulty stock and even then, it's not that cheap (still $70-80 on sale). OK so purchasing on-line has it's drawbacks/risks and I take the good with the bad however, the least they could do is respond when customers advise them of faults. Especially if they want return business.

I didn't ask for a replacement, I was just advising of the fault. This wasn't a small fault either, the panels are cut incorrectly so the shirt sits sideways. The buttons run off to the left and the shirt feels twisted, and they didn't even bother to reply.. How hard is it to write an email to acknowledge the fault and perhaps an apology?... surely this is not too much to ask?
Poor form. I wont be buying from them ever again.

We booked this restaurant on recommendation. Not sure what went wrong the night we went. We certainly had a memorable evening but for all the WRONG reasons.
Due to a function, a large group and generally full restaurant, the service was appauling. These are prior bookings not walk-ins, so why didn't they have the staff on to cope with the large groups????
Running out of food - and this was early in the evening. So our table missed out on part of our entree order... worse still, it took them FOREVER to come and tell us. Meanwhile others on our table had been served their entree and were almost finished before they bothered to tell the rest of us we couldn't have what we ordered.
Food service took way too long and was not helped by the dismissive attitude of the waiting staff. Explanation of the delays was not given for quite some time - even so, not acceptable - they knew what numbers they had coming in and didn't bother to staff to cater.
TWO hours after sitting we threatened to leave unless our meals were brought out within 15 mins. Magically our meals appeared in 10 mins.
Poor form... and you missed out on dessert and coffee orders from our group.

I went here based on the previous 2 reviews however cant say I had a similar experience. They were over booked, rushed and I certainly didn't feel like I was getting looked after or listened to.
My hair responds to a certain way of cutting however the girl that did my cut was not interested in my knowledge and did her own thing. Needless to say, I walked away with an OK hair cut but not a great one.

John & Terry are down to earth, get it done guys. They are honest and trustworthy. I've been taking my car to them for 3 years and have referred other people, who always come away happy.

They wont take a job they know they cant do - wont even waste your time looking at your car if they 'know' they cant fix it. If they know the problem and they know someone who can fix it, they'll refer you to them. After referring you somewhere else, they ask you to take the quote to them and they'll tell you if it's a rip off or not.
Great guys and they do a great job!

Buying & Selling property:
Unless you have the time to do a lot of chasing, go somewhere else.
You will have to chase these guys up every step of the way - they are NOT GOOD at communication and following up.
Constant chasing for next steps, what paperwork is needed, updates on settlement.
They ask us for paperwork that's already done and they already have. Leave requests for other paperwork until the very last minute AND then have the gall to have a go at us because time is running out.
Everything is last minute and then up to you to get done in a nano second.
Cost us a fortune in courier fees to get paperwork back and forth 'in time' because they didn't get it to us soon enough!

Fabulous range of great quality products. Fast, reliable service. Very reasonable postage. Often get samples when ordering full size products.
They even have a good range of products you can get in sample size at VERY good prices. This makes is so much easier to get the right product and colour.
Even have bulk bags so you're not constantly paying for product packaging - just keep your shaker pot and refill.

Pick your time of day for Chicken. One occasion very fresh and tasty, the next it was dried out and chewy. Seemed liked yesterday's chook reheated - poor form.

Have only had take-away from here however the restaurant is always clean and the staff are always friendly.
The food is fantastic! Great variety, not just your 'standard' Indian dishes.
