This review is for Myer, Sydney NSW

Myer Sydney is pretty big with 6 dedicated levels for departments. These levels are accessible via 6 lifts and a central escalator system and the layout is pretty straightforward. There are also many 'checkouts' throughout each level. Service is expected but the Apple department (lvl6 ) has extra staff on hand to help you with your computing decision. Don't pay RRP but wait for weekly specials or stocktake sales (especially after Christmas).

Pizzahut is the ultimate lazy man's (and lady's) meal. Call. Wait. Collect and tip the delivery boy. The pizza's are tasty if only because they are very modest with the toppings. It's a pleasurable takeaway experience which you don't even have to leave the house for. Definitely take advantage of their coupons and vouchers though.

This review is for Gourmet Noodle House, Berala NSW

Firstly their food variety consists of Vietnamese, cantonese and Thai food, but their soup noodles are their signature dishes with such generous portions. The flavours are modest and the presentation varies but it is fundamentally the value and portions of their foods which what brings people back. The service is pretty good too although at busier times they seem unattentive but they do remember your order. The atmosphere has a sort of 'buzz' feel as the place is noisy and full with conversation, so don't expect anything romantic. All in all, an excellent dining experience with great tasting food and attractive prices.

This is quite a good local Bunnings store. Quiet but stocks nearly everything you'll ever need from a hardware store. Staff are quite helpful (and are easy to grab to ask for details). Ample parking.

This review is for Frog Dive, Guildford NSW

Frogdive is arguibly NSW's premier scuba diving centre. You will be looked after with professional dive instructors who are friendly and funny. I joined a group with just two others so they'll really accompany small to middle sized classes. The facility is great and they strike regular deals with their scuba suppliers. Also they have social outings nearly every single week.

This review is for Big W, Auburn NSW

Big W Auburn is slightly smaller than other Big W's in Metro NSW, but has been quite busy most of the times. The prices are reflective of other stores across the state but the big difference is that this particular store is a little messy. Also no self checkout (yet)

This review is for Big W, North Ryde NSW

Big W is the best of the 'major department stores' in Australia for its price and.
They're willing to refund and exchange without many hassles and they price match. Also some stores (like this one) has a self check barcode scanning station and a self-checkout which is great!

This store is pretty big and is also quiet compared to others.

This review is for MSY Technology, Ultimo NSW

MSY computers is known for two things: cheap prices and long queues. People take advantage of the price so the queue is an unfortunate side effect when shopping at MSY. Also expect a minimal amount of customer service: the guys are employed simply to dish out the products you already have in mind.

This review is for Zazz Trading, Windsor VIC

verified email - 22 Oct 2008

Zazz.com.au is a unique online site where they offer small products or gadgets at attractive prices, and the catch is that there is only one product on sale each and every day. A humorous and fun community has sprung up as well from the site's forums, where users may express their feelings towards the product or each other in general.
