I bought some cosmetic items from this store. They offered good value for the money compared to other stores. Their electronic item section does offer huge varieties of products.

Store was a bit messy and unorganised. I do go to Big W Auburn a lot and they are quite average compared to other Big W stores.

they have variety of products but prices are always high.service is ok.i feel they don't have better staff to assist the customers.i don't have much to say about the store.

the clothes were disorganised everything was everywhere it was a awful mess! if you needed help there were hardly any staff to ask for help and if there was they would ask you to see another person. when i was waiting in the line to pay for my things it took me 15 minutes with a line full of 5 people that had less then 5 items so thats how slow the service cashier women was. disappointing

there service is bad there staff are no good when it comes to asking them where something is or some just say over there and point lol like thats going to help. i remember when they 1st opened they had this guy that worked there and every day i went in the store he would follow me the hole time until i got the shits and asked y he did this. i said to him just coz im young that dont mean im going to take something. i earn more money sitting at home then he did working in a store for school kids. he just looked at me and walked away and i never had a problem like that again. im glad he no longer works there as he made u feel a bit strange like u had done something wrong. i would not rate this place this best place to go shopping but its good when u want cheap bulk food

Well, it was ok, just the place was pretty disorgunsied. Ive been to many Big w's but this one was much more ethnical with many workers there not very english friendly. I rember i asked one person who replied in a heavy accent that they didnt know. call me watever u like, i found it annoying.

Big W Auburn is slightly smaller than other Big W's in Metro NSW, but has been quite busy most of the times. The prices are reflective of other stores across the state but the big difference is that this particular store is a little messy. Also no self checkout (yet)
