The staff here are fantastic, some of the best I've come across. The store itself is neat and tidy, and very well presented. What lets them down is the quality of the product. I cannot recommend purchasing from here, because you pay a small fortune for clothes that only last a few wears before either stretching, failing, or getting holes, no matter how perfectly you obey the care instructions. Examples: I bought a belt for $30, tried it on and it was fine. Got it home, went to put it on, and it broke because the stitching failed. Washed a shirt, obeying the instructions, and found a hole along the stitching on the shoulder. And thus far, every pair of pants we've bought have either stretched as we wear them (the elastic stretching because of body temp is the best we can come up with, even though we're hardly walking around with fevers), or had the zippers fail within three to four wears.

Basically, Smiggle is a stationery store catering to teens and twenty somethings who like their sticky tape decorated and their books covered in slogans, ninjas and pirates (and other stuff, of course). Because it's a specialty store, it's a bit more expensive, but the prices are still pretty good for what you get. The pen quality is excellent. The only downside is that it's usually pretty busy, and the store itself is quite small, so it can take a while to get in and see everything.

The staff have always been cheerful and helpful.

Because I mostly buy either the books on special or the books on photography, the value ranges from really great buys to things I'd never buy. I like the specials, because there's usually a good supply of new things regularly on a wide range of topics (lots of cheap teaching resources). The photography section depresses me, as I would never pay so much for a new book in such shabby condition, but for the most part in other sections, books seem well cared for. There's a Gloria Jean's in there, too, and a reasonable amount of seating so you can explore future purchases. Other than their photography section (which is unfortunately the place I gravitate to), it's a great shop.

Good serving size, very generous with the chips. They sometimes throw in a few extra scallops, too. Quick service, reasonable prices, I've had no problems with them.

The food is divine, utterly mouthwatering. The staff are very friendly, cannot speak highly enough of them (or the food). The value is great considering the quality and the fact you control how hot or mild the dishes are. The dishes are prepared quickly, maybe a twenty minute wait, but you can phone ahead and avoid it.

The staff were really friendly, even though it was busy. The food was great, the value was pretty good, they were very generous with the amount of chips we got. The fact you can cross the road and eat at the beach is pretty nice, too.

I had photos developed here, and I must say I wasn't impressed. Both sets of photos I've had developed there (one for work) have been over exposed by the professionals in the backroom who check the photos for you; basically, their policy is to have someone look over your photos and edit them if they think it's necessary. When I checked the disk on other computers than my own, the images seemed fine. I was told, but hope I misinterpreted, that if you opt out of letting the pro's look at your pics and edit where they deemed necessary, you would not be able to get a refund if something went wrong.

On the bright side, the staff were amazing, very helpful and quick to try and work out solutions when I mentioned the issues to them. I would probably go there to buy camera stuff or craft supplies, but I wouldn't get photos developed there again.

A great place to go for both normal dressmaking and costume making, but also a good place to find little bits and bobs perfect for various arts and crafts. Fantastic range, great value.

The store is rather large, and has a larger than average area for classes and crops. There is a wide range of stock available, and the prices can be a bit expensive but are usually fairly standard. The staff are wonderful, very happy to help out if needed or to point out any new stock. They try to get to know their customers so that they can point out items of interest to the customer, and treat customers as friends, which is nice.

Not as much stock as other places, though their classes more than make up for this. Very inventive, artistic staff who are happy to help customers if they need advice or inspiration. The prices are fairly standard but still good. They tend to have some items in that we've yet to see elsewhere, so it's a good place to look for different products.
