Upon entry, the ambience is like Santa's workshop for serious paper crafters. Customers have a choice of perusing the demonstration items, booking a workshop, taking a basket to hold items bought as you wander around the well stocked shelves, or approaching the ever friendly staff for guidance. I don't believe that mail order is a major aspect of the retail shop, but I have had the privilege of being sent goods in the mail because of my isolated address, or is it just because the service is second to none. Each time I visit Brisbane, Bella Paperie is on my agenda.

One of a few scrapbooking shops left on Northside Brisbane. Debra is always willing to help u find what u are looking for. They offer classes for scrapbooking or cardmaking, or if u just want to go in and do your own thing at the tables in workshop area.
Also there are gift lines to purchase.

This is the business formerly known as 'Paper Addiction' which was located in Strathpine, QLD. It's moved to a similarly sized building with cheaper rent, which means that the cost of product has dropped. It wasn't overpriced before, but now it's even better value. The staff are friendly, the stock well cared for and well organised, and the owner, Debra, is happy to look into getting in products if asked.

It's always a pleasure to visit this shop. Extensive range of just about everything you need for your papercraft projects. Means you can usually get everything in one trip - I love that! Large store means its easy to browse the papers without having to be in someone else's 'space'.

I love this store. Staff were very nice. I was buying card etc for invitations and found everything I was after (and more). Prices were fairly standard for that sort of thing.

Friendliest shop around. Caters for both stampers and scrappers and friendly, helpful staff are experienced in both areas. I appreciate that they will allow customers to browse without constantly bugging them, but at the same time make it known that they are there to help you when you are ready. I drive some distance and past several other similar stores to go to this one.

This is a great shop for your scrapbooking needs. The classes are really good and staff are very helpful. There is always a friendly, cheerful atmosphere when you walk in the door.

Staff were quite rude, didn't really want to help customers. Kept customers waiting while gossiping. I felt as if it were an imposition that I was expecting to be served.

I find this very difficult to believe. I have shopped here frequently, and continue to do so, and have never, ever experienced this or even witnessed it happen. Quite the opposite, in face.
