The staff are always friendly, and the products are beautiful and often unavailable elsewhere in Westfield Chermside. The product variety is gradually lessening, but their range of crystal necklaces and rings is still the best in the area. For those wanting books on alternate religions and spiritualities, the range is far less than it used to be (try online stores instead, as Borders is the same), but there are some great finds. The atmosphere is wonderful, and I'd highly recommend a visit.

Go Vita seems to be the cheapest place on the peninsula to get Rescue Remedy and Bach flower remedies.

The staff are incredibly helpful, and very friendly. The store loyalty program sees members getting extra discounts on various days during the year (they give you a calendar so you know in advance when is the best time to go and restock). The store size is small but very well stocked (I'd suggest going in before getting a trolley and doing the grocery shop).

I love this store! While the fragrances can be overpowering (especially if you're sensitive to smells), it's a beautiful store to visit.

The staff are wonderful and very friendly; they treat you like friends rather than customers, and while they cheerfully show you around, it's not in a way that makes you feel pressured to buy anything. Almost all the products have testers available, and the staff are more than happy to show you how to properly use any of them.

This isn't somewhere to go for cheap as chips beauty care, since 'handmade' tends to mean 'more expensive' to an extent, but the prices are pretty reasonable. I've never had any trouble using their products, and I have relatively sensitive skin. I'd definitely visit again!

Tried to get lunch here yesterda, and ended up unable to eat it. To start with, was trying to look at the one full menu- which happened to be at the order screen which is never actually used. Not a problem, since there was noone behind us waiting. Had the staff member quite rudely tell my friend and I to move up (which made it hard to see an entire order board since there is only a half one at the main ordering screen) and when we got there, she still didn't give us a chance to look at the menu. Her manner was incredibly rude; she was incredibly pushy, inattentive when we ordered and rude when we drove forward to pay. While the argument can be made that if you're going to um and ah over a menu it's best to go inside, I think having a quick look to see what you want to eat (especially in a non peak time when there's no one waiting) is perfectly fine.

I'd chalk it up a bad day until we got our order. Two items: a wrap and a burger. The wrap hadn't been wrapped securely, it looked as though it had the paper roughly scrunched around it, and the contents had to be put back into the tortilla wrap. The burger box was open, and half the burger hanging out onto the paper bag. If you've ever tried to eat the bottom half of a badly made, sloppy burger in a moving vehicle, you get why this didn't work out. Between the rudeness of the staff and the lack of sanitary food handling, I know this is one store I'll never bother going back to.

A wide variety of stock catering for different styles and tastes of scrapbooking and card making. This is a great store with helpful, friendly staff. Always neat and tidy, and the reward system is great if you shop there regularly.

The one time I've tried shopping here, I had a lot of trouble finding a staff member who could help me find out the price of the items. The items I was looking for weren't priced, and the store format seemed random and unhelpful.

A great range of craft supplies, and always some very good bargains. The staff have always been friendly, and the store itself is always neat and well organised. The isles are pretty well spaced, so the trolleys aren't a pain when it's busy, which is a definite plus!

Since the move, I've yet to have a positive experience at this store- though in fairness, I only utilise the craft section. It's entirely possible it's just this section that's problematic. So many things are unpriced, yet the scanners never seem to work and the staff don't seem to like it when you ask for a price check. The craft goods are poorly cared for, the papers and ribbons especially are usually warped, frayed, or otherwise damaged (and sadly, this rarely results in lowered prices).

The craft section in general is disorganised to the point of messy; in most stores staff go around during the day to tidy, but I've yet to see the craft section in anything other than shambles. The isles are small, which is odd given the size of the store itself, and if someone has a trolley, it's best to come back later. It's pretty common to have lots of empty shelves, too. This tends to be my last resort store rather than somewhere I frequent.

An aside, though: if you go to this store, be careful in the car park! It seems a lot of people aren't sure who has right of way when, which can lead to some less than fun situations. Drive slow, leave space, and avoid like the plague if you're not a confident driver!

This review is for Sushi Sushi, Chermside QLD

I've frequented Sushi sushi at this location, and I find it incredibly hit and miss. Don't get me wrong, some days their sushi is divine- which is why I keep giving it more chances. When it's good, it's fabulous. The staff have always been friendly and efficient, and the store always looks incredibly clean and well maintained. It's newly improved storefront makes it less crowded and easier to get served, which is fantastic.

The down side though, is three instances that have happened recently. Two incredibly old, bad tasting avocado rolls that on closer inspection looked like they should have been thrown out instead of sold, and a piece of sinew disguised as chicken. Not enough for me to say I'll never go there again, but still enough to make me consider other options.

Approximate cost: $2.50

I love this store. I have yet to meet a grumpy employee, I can't speak highly enough about the staff. They are friendly and helpful without hovering, and willing to help when asked. I've yet to walk passed a staff member without getting a cheerful hello, which sets a nice and welcoming atmosphere. The plants are always well cared for and well stocked, and if you want something ordered in they'll do their best to get it to you ASAP. Good hardy plants at fantastic prices. I'm new to gardening, and the staff -male and female- have been helpful no matter how many silly questions I ask (and believe me, I've asked a lot).
