I had booked them well in advance (3 weeks before I had to vacate the apartment). Movers had loaded the stuff and left for my new house.The cleaners came right on time at 11.30am as I had told them while booking the job. They did a good job and left the apartment withing 3 hours. Cheers

My studio apartment was messy after a party with my college-mates. My parents visited me next day and they booked the service. The workers arrived on time and cleaned up meticulously.

I had contacted their firm for cleaning of my house at end of my lease. I did get the bond back after my agent inspected the property. Cleaning is what they did, nothing great about it but nothing bad as well. Thanks

Superb and quick timely cleaning by bull18 team. got my office cleaned as it was messy and required urgent cleaning. The cleaners did a superb job and am glad to have called them as I was confused among 2-3 other cleaning agencies..am very happy that i chose bull18 when i saw my office in a perfect neat shape. Thanks guys.

If I could give them million stars, I would. What a great team work by bull18 cleaners. just did a fantastic job to clean my house. New look kitchen, bathrooms, lobby, bedrooms. everything looking fresh and new and giving a nice fragrance. quality products used by the team. very happy to hire them.

I can't warn people enough to keep away from this company.

I was in a hurry and foolishly paid them upfront for their bond back "service". Once complete, my agent inspected the apartment and informed the oven had not been cleaned well enough and there were marks on the wall that could be removed, but had not been.

I phoned Bull 18 Cleaners to have them rectify this, but their complaints department only accept complaints via email and their company policy is to respond in up to 24 hours. They did not. I phoned back at which time they informed me that they needed photos of the work they had not done. Which required me to find out when i phoned for the third time and they did not bother responding via email. By now, enough time had passed that my agent was forced to book another cleaning company at my cost. Finally, Bull18 Cleaners responded via email saying that the marks on the walls could not be removed (based on the photos I sent ) but conceded that they oven should have been cleaned better and were prepared to go back out and redo it. By now it was 4 days later and the other cleaners had already done it and new tenants moved in.

The cleaners also successfully cleaned the walls to the standard of my agent.

I sent the photos to Bull proving that the walls were successfully cleaned and want refund to cover the cleaning bill i was forced to pay to have their work redone.

I am now up to about 12 phone calls. They promise they will get back to me via phone and email and never do.

The whole reason I paid them to clean my apartment was because i didn't have the time to do it myself. And now I have spent over 12 phone calls to simply get what I paid for.

Whatever you do, avoid this company!! An absolute joke!

My apartment was very dirty and required a cleaning as the lease had ended and I had to get back my bond amount and return it back to the owner. They cleaned it perfectly and the owner was happy to see it in the same shape as it was when i leased it. I got my money back and am extremely happy with bull 18 cleaners.

Our house was recently cleaned by Bull18. Perfect cleaning, good fantastic job. each and every corner was taken care of within 3 hours of systematic cleaning by natasha and john. both of them seemed to have lot of experience. we are very happy with the cleaning work and they deserve 5 stars from us.
