We organised Bull18 for an end of lease clean. When the ladies arrived to clean, they told us that the garage and patio were extra (which we had already organised as included, so, Get it all in writing!!) We then spent 45 mins on the phone with the 'manager' to get it all sorted. They then tried to tell my partner that the kitchen and lounge room were at an extra cost!!
After all that- the house was cleaned (and cleaned well) however they put 2 sliding doors off their rails and refused to admit it was them. They also bent one of our key trying to get outside. So we needed to get a new key cut days before our lease ended. We were never reimbursed.
Poor service when trying to get all these issues resolved. Disappointing and incredibly stressful.

I would not recommend Bull18 Cleaners Melbourne. They turned up late and left my house open and left without notifying me they had finished. I had been there four times throughout the day and pointed out areas that needed cleaning. No mirrors or light switches were cleaned. It was a general cleaning. I paid $420.00 for a job that was not completed. I have had to rehire new cleaners to clean this house. Never been so angry in my life. I plan on taking this matter further!

Where do I begin? End of lease cleaning was scheduled to commence at 8am on a Wednesday morning. After a dozen calls back and forth with the office ensuring the cleaners would arrive soon and no word from the cleaners themselves I checked the clock and notcied it was now 2pm. Then I was told they would arrive at 3-4pm and assuming (correctly so) that they wouldn't arrive today I returned home. I called the company again at 9am the next day and was told they could send two different cleaners to my apartment at a discounted rate which I grudgingly accepted. They finally arrived at 11am and started cleaning. As I had spent 6 hours cleaning the day before there was little left for them to do so I gave them enough to keep them busy for 2 hours. I came back at 1pm to find one cleaner nowhere to be seen and the other (non-english speaking) cleaner vacuuming the floors (which I told them not to do as a professional carpet cleaner was coming the following day). The areas which they did clean were very poorly done (a fifth grader could have done a better job) and there were new marks on the walls which is great from someone who is paid to clean. After a 20 minute argument about the discounted rate with a non-english speaking gentleman they were finaly out of our life for good. In summary. they showed up a day late, they did not do a good job and they should not be able to keep operating like this.

Absolutely disgraceful company. Moved out of my rental property and paid $450 for a complete clean and carpet steam-clean. Stuffed up their commencement time; team members don't seem to communicate with each other; received numerous phone calls throughout the day, including one saying that they can't wash the walls because the paint comes off with no other alternatives offered, and steam cleaning the carpets left them very soggy. After a week I receive a big long list from the real estate agent detailing dozens of things that were not cleaned *whatsoever*. Totally shattered that my hard-earned $$ went to these shonksters. I would never recommend these people. They are the worst. In my case I had booked cleaning service to be done in morning but no one turned up during the provided time frame. When i called them multiple times they kept on giving excuses and assured me that they would be there in an hour. But they didn't arrive till evening. (One of the staff [Redacted], obviously that was not his real name)on the call was so rude that he disconnected the call when i was explaining him that I need the cleaning to be done on the same day as I had to return the property keys back to the real estate agent.
Very pathetic service.......
