I can't warn people enough to keep away from this company.

I was in a hurry and foolishly paid them upfront for their bond back "service". Once complete, my agent inspected the apartment and informed the oven had not been cleaned well enough and there were marks on the wall that could be removed, but had not been.

I phoned Bull 18 Cleaners to have them rectify this, but their complaints department only accept complaints via email and their company policy is to respond in up to 24 hours. They did not. I phoned back at which time they informed me that they needed photos of the work they had not done. Which required me to find out when i phoned for the third time and they did not bother responding via email. By now, enough time had passed that my agent was forced to book another cleaning company at my cost. Finally, Bull18 Cleaners responded via email saying that the marks on the walls could not be removed (based on the photos I sent ) but conceded that they oven should have been cleaned better and were prepared to go back out and redo it. By now it was 4 days later and the other cleaners had already done it and new tenants moved in.

The cleaners also successfully cleaned the walls to the standard of my agent.

I sent the photos to Bull proving that the walls were successfully cleaned and want refund to cover the cleaning bill i was forced to pay to have their work redone.

I am now up to about 12 phone calls. They promise they will get back to me via phone and email and never do.

The whole reason I paid them to clean my apartment was because i didn't have the time to do it myself. And now I have spent over 12 phone calls to simply get what I paid for.

Whatever you do, avoid this company!! An absolute joke!
