Bulk Billing Doctors, pay $15 on Saturdays, Closed on sundays. They have a number of really food doctors- Dr. Bhuvana especially- I travel from Doncaster east to see her.
Cowes Caravan Park is virtually a minute from the beach. The cabin accomodation was a little run down and there is room for some repairs/refurbishment but with the beach so close and the main shops only 15 minutes walk away why would you care.
Graeme and Anna are fantastic, they offer free lessons on how to use your sewing machine or overlocker, they offer advice, they do repairs to sewing machines and overlockers.
Middle of the range pizza restaurant- the pizzas were not quite the quality of Cinzano's but much better than Pizza Hut. Staff were friendly and nice.
Store was crowded with furniture. Most of it had no prices displayed. The Sales woman (Denise) was friendly enough but made me measure a hall table rather than do it for me which I thought a bit rude. a bit overpriced for my liking but good quality.
Very nice tex and mex! The country ribs were great with a hickory smoked BBQ sauce which had you licking your fingers. The Burritos were great as well. Best to book in peak season.
Approximate cost: $20
Very busy during peak season at lunch and dinner. They have a unique latte that settles a bit like Guinness. Great for large meals like parmas and steaks.
We were met by a grumpy waiter who was rude and impatient. When eventually we did get served, it took forever for the food to come and food was average but price ok. Service was very extremely slow!
Approximate cost: $20
Eating in may be entertaining and hence value for money but take away is definitely not worth it. We paid over $60 for an entree and main each and we were still hungry. the food was worse than Sakura yet triple the price..bring on Sakura.
Approximate cost: $26
The Tenth Muse caters for vegans, vegetarians and meat lovers alike. It is a casual eatery that turns into a bar at nights. Food is tasty and excellent value for money. One of my favourite haunts.
