On a Sunday in early January many of the local coffee shops are closed - closed for the holidays and some simply not trading on a Sunday, so this morning we had to go here for our coffee. Sadly, the service was as many have commented - slow with the staff appearing rushed not to mention getting the size of our coffee wrong (we ordered a large and received regulars). What was most distressing is that instead of apologising and making new coffees, they simply poured the regular size coffees into larger cups and added more milk. No extra shot of coffee - not a good reflection of their baristas.

Along with the Westfield Burwood Michel's this is another I often frequent and I am really happy with the quality of coffee I get from here. Service is fast and friendly. And they don't mind The cupcakes are sometimes a little dry (again for my daughter not me!)

Yes this a chain store, but I am of the view that its the barista behind the coffee machine that makes the difference. The quality of coffee from this cafe is excellent and service is always with a smile. The donuts are pretty good and fresh too... my daughter demolishes them!

Each time we venture here we always experience fantastic customer service and get what we need. The staff know their store (to direct you to where you need to go) and each has their respective field of expertise which helps when one isn't sure of the exact thing one needs - there really are too many choices of potting mix to choose from! The only problem with Ashfield Bunnings is the parking - it can be an absolute nightmare - so if you are going to do a Bunnings trip on the weekend - go early - or if you're not buying big items - walk!!

I have been using Snapfish for a few years now for all my digital printing (when they have a 8 cent or 9 cent sale) and I have also purchased the personalised calendars (again 55% off). I wouldn't pay full price given they have sales all of the time (my suggestion is to wait for a sale - sign up for their emails and you'll know when they have a sale + they offer 50 free prints when you first sign up).

The quality of photos developed is excellent and the calendars were outstanding - you can even personalise the dates to put in important dates to remember.

I use the collection method - that is you can collect from a local Kmart (you only pay $2.95 processing fee and no postage fees). Snapfish send an email saying your order is ready for collection and you can go to the photo centre in Kmart and collect - citing you name, phone number and order number.

I will be using again, in fact, I have an order soon ready for collection.

I am a huge fan of Pumpkin Patch - I go in store almost each time I am in the vicinity of one. My first online purchase resulted in PP having an esale (20% off the already reduced prices - in effect cheaper than the stores plus free delivery - bargain I know!!) The purchase and delivery occurred effortlessly and I will definitely be using the site again.

I have had two baby daughters in the past three years and both times I received a gift at their birth (the bouquet boxes where the clothing looks like roses - very clever and very cute).

The clothing is of an excellent quality and I still have the outfits from my first born which my newborn is now wearing.

It is a great gift idea that is different from the usual bunch of flowers that eventually wither and die. The price may put some people off but if are going to spend money on a beautiful bouquet of flowers, then you'd be willing to spend the same on something much more useful.

We have one of their systems in our home and we are very happy with the service we receive. Each time we require an adjustment to the system (sensitivity issues or change of numbers) they have been prompt to attend and rectify the problem. We will be using their services when we renovate and extend our home.

I usually walk past this store and venture in occasionally to have a look at the children's clothes. On this occasion there was 60% the regular prices so you can imagine I spent a bit of time in here. I wouldn't pay full price for kids clothes here (or anywhere for that matter) but I found that at the discounted price there was a lot of cute clothes in the sizes I required. The service from the staff was excellent. Its rare that one gets good customer service these days but I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness, the willingness to engage in conversation (about me, my children and my purchases) and the general friendliness of the staff. They genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. It was refreshing!

I ordinarily wouldn't go into this store... I am a little nerdy but this store tends to be for the real nerds... picture the four boys from Big Bang Theory going shopping... anyway... we wandered in today as they had a 20% off everything sale and we needed some Lego-Duplo for my daughter... which they sell as well as other sci-fi bits and pieces. Service was good and friendly and the price was right. Will probably wander in again just to satisfy the nerd in me.
