No fuss. Pickup and drop off was a breeze. Car was in good condition and we had no issues with it whatsoever. Ideally located near Crown Casino.

I agree with the previous reviewer. One of the worst mani/pedi I have ever had. Have had a normal mani/pedi and a shellac mani/pedi here and both were bad. Just got back now from a mani/pedi and 7 out of 10 nails have bubbles on them. You can't tell when you're in there because lighting is bad but you will see the bad quality as soon as you go outside. I also used a voucher, so not sure if the shoddiness of their work is because of that.

1st appointment - we were made to wait 2 hours only to be sent home due to someone coming in for emergency surgery. does this hospital only have the 1 doctor? made subsequent appointment.

2nd appointment - we arrive on the day to be told they didn't have the required equipment for the surgery?? instead of the procedure taking an hour or 2, we spent the whole day there from 10am til 4pm.

what kind of monkeys do they have running this place??

the food: pho is bland and pork chops are weirdly battered, not the normal vietnamese pork chops u would expect. they're also chopped up so it's hard to tell how many pork chops you've been given.

the service: is shocking. i don't know if it's a language barrier or the wait staff are just plain rude.

we've been here a few times as it's the closest vietnamese restaurant to us. if you want authentic vietnamese food including tasty pho and great service, go to pho no 1 on burwood rd, burwood. you won't be disappointed!

ordered from here for the first time a few days ago. the spring rolls where huge but disgusting. it was oily, the filling tasted like curried mush and did not taste fresh at all. the deep fried crispy skin lemon chicken listed under "chef's suggestions" was far from crispy. i've had better bbq chicken from woolly's! the fried rice is one of the worst i've tasted. will not be ordering from here again.

Had lunch here with workmates today. Great view overlooking the water but the split system air conditioning inside didn't do anything to cool us down. It got extremely uncomfortable inside and it didn't help that the service was so excruciatingly slow. We were the first group to arrive and the last to leave. Everyone else seemed to have been served their food before us.

The food: Servings are tiny considering the price they charge. Some of the "mains" were ridiculously small. The chocolate tart I had for dessert was larger than my main. Thank goodness for the Viva Sydney card we got a discount on the mains.

I can see how this place would make a wonderful venue but the air conditioning, the expensive menu and slow service let it down.

had dinner here as part of a dinner & show deal with showbiz.com.au and was not at all disappointed. my partner and i had a main meal each and both were quite good. the flathead was perfectly battered and my partner had no complaints about his steak. the service was fantastic also with our waiter checking in on our meals and topping up our water. we finished our meal with a chocolate fondant that was melt in your mouth stuff. what a lovely start to the night. will definitely consider coming back here again!

Tables are too small to cater for this type of service. We had 9 people on our table and everytime the waiters came around with a skewer of meat, I had to stop eating so I can move to the side so I don't get dripped on.

The quality of meat that came around was inconsistent, although most of it was extremely salty. I had to scrape the salt off a piece of beef so it would be somewhat edible. Some cuts of meat were tender and juicy, others were dry and there were sausages that were undercooked.

The sides were not refilled as they were eaten. We had to constantly ask our waitress for rice and salads.

For the price that you pay - $42pp, I expected better. Have been to Wildfire in Circular Quay and Favela's in Darlinghurst. Wildfire is a little on the expensive side but Favela's is actually cheaper ($35pp or $25 on Fridays & Sundays) and have better sides, bigger tables and you can stick around for the music afterwards.

Had lunch here recently with a group of friends for a birthday. It was a hot summer's day and they did not have the fans on, despite having the pizza ovens inside. The fans were only switched on after the wait staff noticed a few of us fanning ourselves with the menus.

The waiter seemed new. He wrote everyone's orders down in a small notepad and had to keep referring to it when people were questioning what they ordered as the mains were being delivered. The mains came out in dribs and drabs, with the "Chef's Suggestion" dish (prosciutto, bocconcini & baby spinach wrapped in veal with garlic mash) coming out last. It also came out cold and was drizzled in what looked and tasted like tomato sauce. The veal was overcooked as it was quite tough and I could not taste any garlic in the mash. My partner had the meat canneloni which was also mediocre, hence he only ate one.

The other people at the other end of our table had left over pizzas they were passing down the table instead of taking home in a doggy bag.

Will never come back, unless we get invited to another birthday here. I don't understand why people keep coming back.

Have been here for lunch a few times and have enjoyed the food everytime. The servings could be a little bigger for the prices they charge. It's the only cafe in the immediate area so it's always busy and they seem to just want to get you out as fast as possible. It's lovely to eat out in the quad on a nice sunny day.
