Sold me a gas heater for the pol which catches fire and explodes. There is a product safety recall on the heater. I was supposed to be contacted within 5 days to have the heater fixed, but it is now six weeks later and after multiple requests from Astral Pools as to when the repair will be carried, all I receive are excuses as to why it cannot be done. They refuse to supply me with a repair or replacement date of any kind for a product which can literally explode. Astral Pools is an abomination to deal with, they literally just reply with useless stock phrases instead of providing any details - which they are legally obligated to do as this product is officially listed as unsafe with Energy Safe Victoria. All I get are excuses from them for being unable to do anything - which is a very poor consolation for the $100,000 worth of pool and spa equipment that they have rendered unusable.

Will not refund for item lost in the post. Have been making excuses continuously for months. Courier has sent me an official notification saying that is was lost. Utter rubbish customer service, do not buy anything from this business.
