Will not refund for item lost in the post. Have been making excuses continuously for months. Courier has sent me an official notification saying that is was lost. Utter rubbish customer service, do not buy anything from this business.

I have picked up for items to deliver to my customers and each time has taken over 45 minutes between arrival and departure.

It is atrocious, the staff are rude and there is a us against them mentality.

Even the people who are being served before me I've spoken to like they are idiots.

What is the point of buying a cheap product if this service to release that product is so poor

friendly customer service telephone staff. when she didn't know the answer she asked her supervisor. solved my inquiry quickly and to my satisfaction
