had dinner there once for my birthday, it's not cheap but great seafood and atmosphere. the cafe next to the restaurant is the best place to enjoy a cup of coffee with the view.
very family friendly place, we went back there many times, the chicken was great, friendly staff. great place for dinner or just a cup of coffee.
had to call for their help a few times and it took them on average 1.5 hours to arrive, the service was good through, once they had to tow our car and gave us a ride home. only bad experience was the battery guy who didn't change our battery properly, it got loose the second day, lucky me, it happened when I was waiting at the lights, not on the highway...
moved house, booked it in with optus, called them 2 weeks before moving and found out that they didn't put the order through, their manager only called me back two days later and told me there is nothing they can do, that's it. we ended up with no phone and internet connection for a week after we moved...so disappointed.
great atmosphere, great yakiniku selection, the gouka tokusen shoya special set has got everything and even the desert.

fantastic food and service!! mixed seafood ceviche was both tasty and beautifully presented, beef toban yaki was perfectly cooked. we had a wonderful dinner on my wife's birthday. it's not cheap, but worth every penny!

Compared the quote with my existing car insurance, their rates are higher if you drive to work normally, if you do not drive much, the quote is just about the same as my existing one which doesn't change whether I drive 1km or 100km or 1000km per day...not really saving a lot as advertised on TV.
I made a few bookings about 12 days before departure and realised within hours that I booked it one day to early, when I asked them to change it for me, they charged me $25 per booking after the hotel owner agreed to change it for me free of charge and after I told them not to change the booking on wotif bookings as I sorted it out to the hotel owner already. very disappointed... I world suggest everyone to contact the holte directly after you made a booking for any change.
