Gavin is the third repair man, including initial installation, in twenty five year. I can simply state that he is by far the best. Brilliant at his job! Reliable, efficient and a genuinely nice guy.

So disappointing.... tried to order our favourite dishes. Butter Chicken, Beef Rogan Josh. Pulao Vegetarian Rice, Cucumber Raita and Pappadams. Pappadams unavailable!!! What the!!! A Indian Restaurant that doesn't have Pandora's??? Who would have thought!!

Having purchased several large ticket items from them in the past, we returned a pair of 9 carat zircon hoops with stones missing. We were informed that Shiels could NOT repair them because of the glue that had been used when the earrings were made. Interestingly enough, they gave us the details of a jeweller who could repair them! They would not offer an exchange as we could not provide purchase docket. Will never shop with them again or recommend them as a Jeweller of credit.

We had our filtration system fitted six months ago and received a reminder yesterday that a service was due. Spoke to lovely Suzana who scheduled the appointment for 10:00a.m. today. Kevin arrived on time, was very friendly and efficient.
I would highly recommend this company and am very happy we made the investment.

Ray arrived promptly during allotted time frame. Had a nice friendly nature but got on with the business at hand. Very efficient. Would have no problem recommending him to family or friends.

Just had one of the most amazing culinary experiences!! The food is sensational, no wonder the chef has been nominated for two gold plate awards. Service was equally good but I have to reiterate the food was divine.

Staff member (Greg) was very well informed and extremely helpful in assisting us with our choice of ensemble and bedding. When the bed was delivered he was even kind enough do dispose of all the packaging. We have purchased from him in the passed and will continue to do so. We also wouldn't hesitate recommending family and friends to his business.
