I contacted Frank after seeing good reviews here on WOMO and I was not disappointed. He's a good communicator, he turns up when he says he will, and he knows what he's doing. I had several different issues for Frank to look at, and he was happy to deal with all of them. If he needs to check something out, he'll do so and get back to you. He's a really nice guy, well-dressed and businesslike - easy to speak with, and a calming influence if you're stressed out about what your computer may or may not be doing. I found his charges to be very reasonable. I am very happy to recommend Frank, and would have no hesitation in hiring him again.

My two Ragdoll girls and I have been visiting David for almost fifteen years, and this vet hospital is second to none. It hasn't mattered where I have lived - I will not go anywhere else - the quality of the veterinary work is outstanding. All the vets and vet nurses are amazing, and David is truly special when it comes to treating my girls :)

There is nothing I don't love about this place - they will go that extra mile for any companion animal - and I think their costs are really reasonable.

Once you have come here, you will not want to go anywhere else! And you and your animals will be treated with respect and dignity every time.

Our dear sweet boy Fluffy died suddenly, and I was so over putting my companion animals in the ground :( What to do? David, my vet, recommended Pearly Mates, so I contacted Jon and he was so fabulous from the start.

A lovely man with a sweet empathy, he has an arrangement with my vet, and so collected Fluffy from there and returned him there.

I chose a beautiful blackwood standard urn for Fluffy with a silver engraved plaque. It was returned in an organza bag with a stat dec declaring that the urn contains only the ashes of Fluffy. Beautiful and caring :)

I would recommend Jon and Pearly Mates to anyone looking for a caring and sensitive companion animal crematorium service. You will get all the information you need on their website, but Jon is always available via phone or email.
