This Cole's shop has a number of Coles brand products that are pure rubbish. Their Coles brand batteries only last a few weeks.
Their Coles brand light globes I bought a four pack. One lasted two weeks, the next three weeks, the next only one week, and the last barely a month.

Crap, of the worst kind, supposed to last for two years minimum.

Their Coles brand tissues if you keep one in your pocket for a few days falls to pieces so quickly as to be unusable.

How can they get away with selling such junk of such inferior quality?

The quality of their glasses was very poor. After a few months the left-arm glasses arm fell off. I thought it would be covered under the 12 month warranty or guarantee.

The lady staff member claimed the glasses were robust and that I must have sat on them or something to break them like this.

She completely proceeded to call me a liar. She would not budge from her stand. Rude and opinionated, I left with my wife, both me and her, visibly shaking at this terrible treatment.

I stuck the arm back on with tape. Two months later the other arm fell off. Again I went back. Again the lady claimed that it was not their fault. I must have handled the glasses roughly. All I did was to open in the morning, and close them at night by folding the arms in when I took them off at night before going to sleep.

I rang up the customer service team to switch my gas and electricity to them. RACV had recommended them saying that they would give me a %30 discount up front. The inflexibly, stubbornly, arrogant guy I talked too claimed that there was a heap of conditions, such as forcing you to pay by direct debit, and having paperless bills etc. etc. In short, this offer was not given out, and so I ended up hanging up on the nasty guy, who other wise would not have let me go with his pressure tactics and his forcefulness of manor.

This business is run by rough, un-professional people who are rudely arrogant in every way. They treat you like dirt, and then lead you up the garden path, before then pouring more dirt onto you. They make promises that are never kept, and basically seem to just try to cheat and rip you off.

I was promised by the manager that my goods would be accepted then when I travelled to the site to hand them over for auction, and when the manager was not there, one of these staff members as good as said this is rubbish take this junk home. He was an obnoxious nasty person. These were rare books of which the manager had already pre-approved.

The airport is a shambles of mismanagement. Their car-parking is an horrendous experience. Expect to be ripped off, even overcharged, as I was. Charged $14 on first machine then asked to pay another $16 at final exit gate. Glitch in their machine I suspect, but they ignore my emails about it all.

Months later after filling out refund forms and sending them in they still ignore my case. They claim that I should have gotten a receipt from the machine somehow despite the fact that after you leave the place the machine eats your ticket or keeps it inside the machine.

Because I had paid cash as most people do I didn't have a leg to stand on. The guy in management admitted that the ticket machine rates had been updated the day before, but they completely ignored my case, and are still continuing to do so.

The worst customer service I have come across for a long time.

Rigo, the manager of this business has been keeping my computer working fine for nearly ten years now.

He is dedicated to fixing every problem. He gets to the bottom of what's causing it. He gives you his time. He is readily available to discuss issues with. He becomes a good friend for you, in that he is reliable, efficient, and trustworthy. He gives, and then gives again with his exemplary service ethic.

He has gotten me out of many a tight spot, because I rely on my computer always to be working properly for my own business.
