No customer service at Oxenford Bunnings store anymore, given them the Benefit of the doubt during peak periods but now same anytime you go , been many time now , but Bunnings lost me to Mytre 10 from now on as trying to get someone to assist you is now near impossible , staff just chatting to each and not even noticing customers anymore. even when you do get someones attention they cannot help you so they call someone to assist you in that area - waited over 20 minutes and still no one came . Shame on you Bunnings no Competition no service

Sadly Bunnings at Oxenford has dropped the ball. Is is because Pimpama has now opened because your Service is nearly non existent . Twice asked for assistance on different days - a week apart.
1st visit a staff member walked past me so asked for his assistance in getting some carpet cut , he advised me could not do it so told me to go to the specialty desk and ask them for assistance had to request twice some for someone to serve and cutting of a section of carpet.

2nd visit needed assistance with filter requested assistance once again and told the same to go to the special order counter to ask them to get done one they told us to go to aisle 72 waited for assistance no one came

Also no staff at registered - all at the service desk having a great chat (3 to 4staff members )

Staff seemed to be more interested in packing shelves or hiding in warehouse

Will take our business elsewhere

Your store use to be so good but not anymore If I could give a rating for service would be O
