No customer service at Oxenford Bunnings store anymore, given them the Benefit of the doubt during peak periods but now same anytime you go , been many time now , but Bunnings lost me to Mytre 10 from now on as trying to get someone to assist you is now near impossible , staff just chatting to each and not even noticing customers anymore. even when you do get someones attention they cannot help you so they call someone to assist you in that area - waited over 20 minutes and still no one came . Shame on you Bunnings no Competition no service

Sadly Bunnings at Oxenford has dropped the ball. Is is because Pimpama has now opened because your Service is nearly non existent . Twice asked for assistance on different days - a week apart.
1st visit a staff member walked past me so asked for his assistance in getting some carpet cut , he advised me could not do it so told me to go to the specialty desk and ask them for assistance had to request twice some for someone to serve and cutting of a section of carpet.

2nd visit needed assistance with filter requested assistance once again and told the same to go to the special order counter to ask them to get done one they told us to go to aisle 72 waited for assistance no one came

Also no staff at registered - all at the service desk having a great chat (3 to 4staff members )

Staff seemed to be more interested in packing shelves or hiding in warehouse

Will take our business elsewhere

We shop at Bunning regularly as they have such a good range of hardware and gardening equipment as well as plants. Staff always ready to help.

My x partner and I built a two bedroom cabin, most of our building supplies came from them and also brought our bathroom accessories from them tbey gave us a amazing discount, they are like family, levi, deb, emma tina karen we know them by name and they knew us by name we always got wonderful services from the begining nothing was never a problem. Always willing to hurt give advice on many items, even buying tools always helping to sell best not the dearest but what was good quality and good price. I love you bunnings.

Went in to bunnings needed to find some wood to build a outside garden had no idea what i needed but they were so helpful they found exactly what i needed even loaded it all in my car for me i will allways go straght to them for what i need and it was great value

Visited bunnings oxenford recently as it is a newly opened store basically its nothing different from any other bunnings store nothing new or exciting staff seemed bored they helped but had to be asked first no offers of help at all would prob not head back unless i knew exactly what i wanted and didnt need any assistance

After my visit to The bunnings Warehouse Store @ Oxenford on the 27/11/12 - I was waiting at the checkout to be served while the 2 ladies "Customer service people" continued chatting the older lady seen I was waiting to be served but keep talking to the younger lady then decided that she had better chance the conversation to business ... to late, and even if they were talking business they should not keep customers waiting - Masters here I come and I cannot wait for you to open at Coomera : ( ever time we have been to this store the service has been how can I put it) - File a lost shop keepers report !!!
