Ours was a mixed business meeting/breakthrough so we chose to eat indoor near the fireplace. Lovely comfy surrounds, friendly staff and the food was great. A nice looking menu, we would be happy to return to eat.

Scoopy's has long been a favourite of ours, with nice views looking over the water and food at good prices. Plenty of seating, and there is undercover seats to shelter from either rain or sun. There is a car park right out front though in busy seasons it fills up very quickly so you might need to park on the road. Great takeaway foods, plenty of cold items in hot weather. Great place by the water.

Was passing through the crowded alley which doesn't look much at first glance, but hidden away is a myriad of food stalls, one of which is this innocent looking Thai restaurant which serves delicious authentic food at normal prices. The meals are a great size, very tasty, and we ate way more than what we should buy it was so good. There is a 60c charge if you want to take away your leftovers. The fresh coconut water was divine. Satay chicken was delicious. Just beware that if the waitress (who did a great job) asks if you want such-and-such in your meal, that these are extra charges. Would definitely go back.

This is the second time we've been here just for the burgers and chips, though we have also dined for breakfast as well and were very happy. The vege burger is great, big party, lots of flavour. The chicken burger had the biggest breast fillet we've seen on a burger, and even hubby was full after eating it. The chips were great, and at $7 and $8 for the burgers, we feel the price is great for what you get. Will definitely return.

Have dined here twice now and loved both times. Very friendly service, delicious meals at good prices - the lunch specials are great. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and heaters outside for cooler nights. Looking forward to our next visit!

On the go while heading through the area, we needed something quick and filling and this was all there was. Definitely no regrets in stopping in though! A good range of flavours, a few options for vegetarians as well, and the pies were BIG pies with good pastry, the kind that doesn't crumble and fall all down your shirt as you eat. Good pricing too, good to know it's there, we would visit again.

This place is awesome. We love pizza and get it on a regular basis. We had a satay chicken pizza and it would be the best pizza we have eaten. So much flavour, delicious base and texture, and heaps of chicken and toppings. Make sure you drop in and try them! The full menu with pastas and calzones also looked great so we would definitely come back to try. Very friendly staff, and our outdoor seating was nice and comfy in the breeze. Highly recommend!

We thought it would be nice to order a couple of hot drinks and sit by the lake in peace and quiet. When we ordered, we said we were after some hot drinks. The girl at the counter looked at us like we'd just asked for something unbelievable, and then said confused, "Hot drinks...?" We replied yes hot drinks, as in coffee... Then the penny dropped. Perhaps that was the first warning bell. We took our drinks down to the lake and discovered the Chai Latte was more like hot water. Absolutely no flavour at all, not even a hot milk taste. The Hot Chocolate was a little better but not by much. Could not recommend.

We could not recommend this place enough for their vege burgers. It's pretty rare to find a half decent vege burger, let alone somewhere that offers two varieties, both of which we tried and would eat again and again and again. There was no standard deep fried patty, it was clearly home made with a lot of love, and so full of flavour. The rest of the burger was fresh and the whole thing, well, just divine, so it's safe to say we will be back. Comfy decor, right by the beach and friendly staff. Highly recommend!!
