I have had good service at Mitchell & Brown on most occasions. Sometime I have been left to wander around without someone approaching me to ask if I need help, but sometimes I like to shop without being hassled.

Have been my vets for the past 8 years and also for my parents pets. Always easy to get in to see vet and always quick and helpful. My isn't spooked by going there. Love the new reception area!

I bought by son a large remote control toy for Xmas, it wouldn't work. He was quite disappointed. I took it back to store and the owner was very helpful. He offered for a new one to be ordered or refund or exchange. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff always happy and friendly and most importantly... helpful!

Always get exactly as we ordered. Have never dined in, but their takeaway service is fast and its always nice and hot by the time we get home. Menu is extensive.

Slow, Slow, Slow. Placed an order over phone, taken by trainee who assured me of it arriving within one hour. Rang up after one hour and was told it would arrive in the next 10 minutes. Phoned up manager after another 20 minutes after having to feed my guests nibblies and toasted sandwiches to be told it was on its way. No compensation offered. Will go back to Eagle boys from now on I think. We would have picked it up had we known of the delays! Terrible customer service from trainee, and not the best from manager either.
