We have bought large and small items from here, from televisions and home theatre to portable dvd players. I have found them friendly, helpful and they know what they are talking about.

Poor service, staff seemed disinterested. Product knowledge was wanting and very unhelpful when asked about non-displayed goods.

I have had good service at Mitchell & Brown on most occasions. Sometime I have been left to wander around without someone approaching me to ask if I need help, but sometimes I like to shop without being hassled.

have been there 4 times in past 12 months and walked out spending not one cent due to rude staff or no customer service what so ever! will never go to them again prefer 2 spend my money @ Harvey Norman!!
