I see Dr Sullivan at this medical centre. He really listens to your concerns and is extremely thorough with his consultations. You really feel like you are being looked after, and I trust him completely. There is never any trouble getting an appointment and the entire staff are welcoming and friendly.

I got an appointment for an eye test straight away and the service was fantastic. I needed new glasses and the assistant were amazing in helping me choose a frame that suited me and they didn't rush me. They were very quick in preparing them and gave me a text message when they were ready.

The only thing that could be improved is if they could go through the pricing for each individual service on the new glasses. The receipt isn't very clear in this area.

This practice is so friendly and really cares about the pets of Toowoomba. They called me the day after I came in with my dog for an appointment to check how he was going. By being a healthy pets plus member we get huge discounts every time we buy something or have an appointment, which makes it alot more affordable. I have been putting off going to the dentist for months, but when I say the ME Dental practice website, I decided to book in for a checkup. The staff were lovely and very understanding of my anxiety of coming to the dentist. I will be coming here for the rest of my life, even if I move town!!!
