I got an appointment for an eye test straight away and the service was fantastic. I needed new glasses and the assistant were amazing in helping me choose a frame that suited me and they didn't rush me. They were very quick in preparing them and gave me a text message when they were ready.

The only thing that could be improved is if they could go through the pricing for each individual service on the new glasses. The receipt isn't very clear in this area.

Everyone in the family wears glasses. So we need a good bargain when it comes to buying eye-glasses. OPSM are always sending coupons which we take full advantage of. The staff at my local OPSM are very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. They know how important it is to pick just the exact pair of glasses & never rush the process.
