Some of the staff here are very knowledgeable, but you cannot always find someone who knows about a particular item. It can be frustrating if you have a list of items you need and there is no-one available who can help you find it, as they do not know about that area.

The ladies at Oz Hair are very friendly and professional, they always make sure they know exactly what you are looking for, and every time my hair looks great. I always feel at ease.
