Often shop here, I love going to Birkenhead point has some great stores and bargains.

This spotlight has decent service, store good presentation, clean and very tidy.

They really need a better loyalty program as its not that great.

Their products are vibrant, bright and very trendy

With the addition of a new level at Birkenhead, Spotlight too has had a mini renovation. They've rearranged the isles for the art and craft section, so that there are several little isles instead of 3 or 4 long ones. Personally, I prefer the way the shop used to be as it had a better flow to it and their products were easier to find. The staff are nice and helpful, and although they aren't all familiar with all their products, they're always happy to find someone who will assist you with what you are looking for. The new scanners around the shop make it easier for you to obtain a quick price check which I think is quite handy.

Some of the staff here are very knowledgeable, but you cannot always find someone who knows about a particular item. It can be frustrating if you have a list of items you need and there is no-one available who can help you find it, as they do not know about that area.
