We had our wedding at Assured Ascot Quays in November 2012. From the very beginning the service from the Wedding Planner was less than satisfactory. She didn't return my calls and at times, I had to just turn up to get a response. We had met with the wedding planner prior to the date as planned and she created a new seating plan which was fantastic to what we wanted. However, on the day this was not done and we had our families sat right next to a speaker. The staff were lovely but were not attentive to our guests. We later found out that some tables did not have any drinks to toast with during the speeches which is really not acceptable considering what we paid. Also, we had paid to have the cake cut and served on platters to each table. This was not done and it was just put in bags and set on a back table. As the bride, I saw the bags and then gave them out to the guests. I enjoyed my wedding day but hearing all these things afterwards was disappointing.

We had Peter Hale and his offsider video our wedding in November 2012 and they were fantastic from start to end. He was very attentive to what we wanted and captured all our requirements. The DVD was fantastic and just what we wanted. We also paid extra to have the clip available on YouTube so our family overseas could see the main parts of our wedding. Overall, we couldn't ask for more.

We had lunch here today and the food was very good throughout the full three courses. The staff were fantastic as was the service. I highly recommend this place :)

When this restaurant first opened it was great but ownership has changed at least three times in the last few years. We went back for another tasting tonight and the service was dismal. We had to request someone take our order and even then another person came out as the initial waiter couldn't understand English! The food was warm, the Naan bread was crispy. I was very disappointed.

Have been there a few times hoping it would improve. The meals are either really good or really disappointing. The service has improved quite a bit and it's good value for money. It could be a good restaurant if they could get the meals right.

I purchased my bridesmaid dress from this store in March and was told it would arrive in May. Went back and was told it would arrive in June. Called them in June and was told that they had a dress of that code but in the wrong size. Was told to visit the store, did so and was told the business had been sold and to contact the previous owner about my dress. They were not helpful at all. The number they gave me is wrong & it looks like I won't get my money back or the dress. It's 4 months til my wedding and I don't need this type of service. I'm not sure who's at fault but it was my understanding that when you purchase a bridal business you take on the previous orders???

No matter how busy they are, they will always try and fit you in and your meals are delivered in a timely matter. It has a great atmosphere and the beers are great too!

I keep going back to this lunch bar. The staff are friendly as are the owners - a lovely South African couple. It's an up-market lunch bar in the heart of Canning Vale. The food is always great and the rolls/sandwiches are always freshly made.

I was formerly a tenant of Rentwest Solutions and the service was poor from the get-go. The owner of the property was living at the premises before we moved in and had not cleaned up after himself. We spent the first few days cleaning the house before we could move into the property and our Tenancy contact did not want to upset the owner. To get things fixed at the property took a long time and it became easier to contact the owner directly in the end. In fact the owner expressed his disgust and disappointment with the Real Estate Agents within Rentwest.

This small little house converted into a nice little restaurant is a place that everyone needs to go at least once! The meals are of great quality and they taste lovely. Gary the owner and Head Chef is always welcoming as are his staff and it is BYO!! A 3 course meal is only about $55 and if you pay an additional $5 you can get the dessert. Highly recommed this place.
