DVG Melville is the worst place no need to do the business. I deposited $500 for a van. price $35650. It was subject to the finance i told them once it approved let them know. I asked for loan procedure after collecting no reply at all. My bank willing to give loan and they need tax invoice o dec 20th. i contacted email and phone no reply at all for 2days. Bank manager also contacted via phone and email. they did not reply. After i contacted in Melville online complaints then they gave only VIN number. I mentioned if they are not issuing i want to cancel it. They sent only VIN number. no tax invoice. Dec 29 th i received a call from Melville " they misunderstand my communication that my loan was approved. i told them to wait till my loan approval then i give sms and written email. Jan 4 my loan approved i sent sms and email. how they can assume that dec 29th Melville misunderstand my words. Jan 4 bank manager emailed again to financier and sales person including me , the tax invoice was not issued. I emailed all and bank manager to withhold the payment, i need reply from dvg Melville and from boss also. it happened Particular employee sent the tax invoice jan 4 night to bank manager directly not sent to me or not apologised or not apologised either to manager. Now i want to cancel the order. How can i trust them for the future services. I contacted today also i told the i want to speak with the BOSS. nothing happened. but they need payment . i do have cleaning company i give priority for my customers. I work as registered nurse in intensive care unit ( mechanically ventilated patient) there i give the priority for my patient. DVG Melville reputed company but the services are not good and they are not doing their job properly.
