Fantastic service, each time I've visited I've been greeted by an enthusiastic fella named Tim, who goes over what you need and matches their services. Of course all the options are there, take the job on yourself or get some help with the efforts of the fabulous team.
I'm a huge fan of the efficiency, the quality, and the customer service. The whole team worked brilliantly with my little workhorse of a car.
I've given this place two larger scale cleaning jobs, my dog helps towards this a lot, and I couldn't be more happy with the results.
I couldn't achieve these results if I were to do this on my own, thank you!

service is ok, better in the past. old mate just tries to upsell everything it cost me a $100 to get my car washed and i left with water marks all over it, rims were dirty and full of break dust, around the rear number plate was dirty, rear mats need to reattached after one of the cleaners ripped them off looking for a handle while the seats are electric. No one checked the quality of the wash or the wheels, $100 is too much to pay for a dirty car and a trip to bunnings for glue to re attach the boot liner

I've spent alot of time and money going to car washes in westfield shopping centers and private mobile services but nothing beats Zoom Carwash. ALL staff are amazing with an extremely positive attitude towards their services. I feel sorry for them being so busy and on an extreme hot weather day they still remain cheery and made you feel so welcome. Enjoyed the lovely sit in Cafe while I grab a bite and do some work while someone will come later to tell me my car is ready. My car had little sand in them from going fishing, I didn't hesitate to tell the friendly happy chap at the register, he awesome! They deserve the respect in cleaning my overdue messy car. I Highly Recommend this place and pricing is reasonable with the quality and service you get. I am always a returning local customer so Thank You team!

The autowash always cleans the care so well, including the wheels. Wash Club is very good value - about 11 bucks per wash. Go on the weekend for first-class service from Tim.

Service is amazing, but would honestly just come back because the staff are so friendly and helpful.
