I was really disappointed with the way
my bathrooms were cleaned, it looks like they just did a quick wipe down and not a clean, the toilets were still dusty and not clean at all. I paid $120 to have 2 bathrooms and a powder room cleaned only to find I have to clean them again.
I will never recommend or use them again.

I had a 3 booking at 8am with a cleaner through my NDIS and its now 9:15am and still no cleaner. I have called numerous amounts of times to be told we are just a message service and someone will call me back and when someone did he informed me that the cleaner can't make it i asked why wasn't i informed earlier on and he replied i just woke up and saw the message. Really?? Not good enough it was booked due to me having a disability and not being able to perform the duties myself and is the 1st time using them and it will be the last. Bad service and poor communication skills by them. Will not recommend to anyone.

Alan is also "Alanalan88" as his email account history with me shows. He has yet to provide United Home Services with a single complaint, rather he wants a cheaper price through one of our other 64 franchisees across Victoria. If he had integrity his email to us would have outlined the issues he raised in his review. Guess what....they didn't. We have 64 franchises across Victoria and no negative reviews. Alan cannot credibly outline a service deficiency, rather he is simply looking for a cheap price. The information in this review has never been raised with us and I will post the entire thread of the conversation to prove same. "Alanalan88" or Alan, whatever he wants to call himself, is failing to post the actual conversation. He has been invited to provide the information, but has failed to respond. Our cleaner is a franchisee of UHS. His name is Shane Archer. He has cleaned our house in Brighton East, Vic for about 5 years and is great.

A couple of months ago I was helping a friend clean a property she owned that the tenants had left in an absolute mess...dirty oven, disgusting shower, windows you couldn't see out of etc, it was too much for us to do, such was the extent of it. This particular person Pan Leung was recommended to us, so we gave him a go to clean it. The job he did was fantastic, for $150, the house was spotless..even the oven...all up it took him about 5hrs!! Excellant value and highly recommended.
