have been going here with my 3 yrs old since he was young and he loves it. We have had mothers group and attended parties here all of which we have had positive experience. Staff are friendly and at times are very busy so there is often a little wait for food and drinks at least half hr. You are unable to bring your own food and drink for children which can make the outing expensive at times.

Approximate cost: $7.50

Hi Eldak,

Thank you for your comments, we have recently employed more staff to cope with demand so hopefully you will not be waiting to long next time for your food. Regarding the centres policy on no outside food or drink we do allow for fruit and childrens drink bottles to be bought into the centre however we do need to respect those with allergies and ask that no outside food is bought in to the centre. I've taken my daughter (18 months now) there several times with others from our mom's group and really loved it. In October or thereabouts we went in and were told there were new owners. I haven't been there since but I didn't see any change. My daughter actually walked for the first time without holding on to anything when we were there! She loved that she could fall and not hurt herself because of the cushions on the floor.

There are different areas for the different age groups, including a baby section. All of the toys are really age appropriate and include a climbing area (my daughters too young) large "blocks" to climb on and over, a young toddlers section with jumping castle and other crawling toys etc.

The centre was clean when we were there and had no problems. My only complaint would be the time they close. I wish they were open til at least 5.

Approximate cost: $3.00-8.50

Hicrm923,

We are very pleased to hear that your daughter walked unassisted for the first time at our centre... Congratulations!!!

After reading up on the playcentre this smorning I took my toddler to Silly Seahorse. Once we got there we drove around for 30mins just looking for a carpark. The playcentre has approx 10 carparks for the whole building. Service was slow when we ordered our food and drinks approx 30mins later we got our fairy bread and cup of tea & pop top. I wouldnt recommend to take a child over the age of 5 there as there is nothing at all for over 5y.o's to do.

Approximate cost: $7.50

Hi janeb9,

Thank you for your valuable feedback, just to point out that we have access to 20 car spaces at the front of the centre and 50 at the rear hopefully you have better luck next time finding a car spot! Regarding how slow the service was we are sorry to hear that and have recently hired new staff to ensure that on the days that we are very busy we have the staff numbers to cope with the demand. We hope that your toddler enjoyed their time at the Silly Seahorse. Kellie

Great playcentre, the staff are friendly and they make good coffees. They also do fantastic birthday parties.

Hi Anita,

Thank you for the wonderful feedback!

Best playcentre we have been to. We have been to a handful of centres & dont really like to go as they are always dirty & my child has got sick nearly every time. This is now the only playcentre I will go to, it is soooo clean & ive never had an issue there

Approximate cost: $7.50

Great set up, but it can get way too overcrowded, particularly in school holidays. It would probably be better to put an age cap because with older kids it gets too loud and dangerous for toddlers. Quite clearly understaffed, and thus staff can be stressed and sometimes may come accross as rude (in my experience)

Approximate cost: $7.50

Great fun for younger children...around 6 they lose interest, but under school age is terrific! The place is super clean, the menu is fantastic for kids, meal deals in good price range, not expensive to get in, and everything is easy to see from the tables, so the children are safe.

One of the best play centres i have been to. Clean, plenty of equipment for all age groups. Freindly and helpful staff. I could relax with a hot coffe, while my children played.

Approximate cost: $40
