Great safe way, clean, big, love, the super market, lots to pick from great lay out, The Staff are help full never had a problem,

The on road service is fantastic, the guys are great & quick helpful etc, The insurence side of things are terrible no help rude, They did not help me at all in acciedent i believed was not my fault hit me from behind, as i only had third party as the car was not worth much, they did not want to help me with the other company..... I was gobsmacked by the service & how they delt with me & my husband in the process, now have the at the abudsome for advice as racv couldn't help me any further they said, Its been a very long process & been going for months, i have left now to go back to my original insurence company, I tought after 20 years id try another biggest mistake eva.

I have been with aami for many years with my car husbands car home & contents, never had a problem, :) Then i had a change this year to another company thaought way now give others ago after 20 years ... never again i moved straight back to aami half way through the year, as the other car insurence company was terrible no respect no help, staying with aami for life at least they look after us,

I had to deal with them as as third party, The guy that was looking after our claim was rude to me & did not give me the time of day, just pay up & move forward, The is two side two every story, didn't care about me or my family or what happened, I'm now dealing with there claims department they are nice to deal with lets hope they are more fair in seeing the fine print, I would not recommend them for how i was treated, Rude like i was nothing.... You pay for what u get,

I have tryed two other centre within the area of kingston, & i was never 100 % happy ! I have joined uo this term & the teacher sarah & the pool area is fantastic & my little boy is suppa happy, what makes me happy, thanks sarah looking forward in many years with you :)

Great place for children from toddler to older kids school ages. I have not been there & tryed the new menu can't wait. my kids love this place specially the car ride, very clean & service is great toooo, Its nice how u get a lolly pop when you leave the centre .

This is great for all ages, huge inside, great area for toddler & great area for the 4 + also . very clean & the equipment is up to date with maintence. Nice & warm for the colder days. Food was good & at great prices tooooo. AWSOME PLACE MY KIDS LOVED IT :)

What can i say, I went there well and tried to have a nice lunch but it didn't turn out that way. My son is only 18 mths old did not want to sit in the pram so he was crying. What do i do; stay or go considering my girfriend had already paid for her meal with her children. I thought i had better order & pay for my meal then take the baby for a walk to get him to sleep then come back. That was the plan anyway. The owner had other ideas.

I expected the staff especially the owner to understand some days aint easy. It not like i went out of my way to have my toddler cry cry cry. Really at the end of the day all my baby was doing was crying . As i was in the line he asked me to shut my child up and if i can't do that then leave. I was gob smacked stuck between a girl friend who paid & this man who calls himself an owner ( why do people like this own bussiness they have no customer service what so ever no patients which is what you need with children. He had no heart what so ever( He was male to so typical ) . It was not child friendly at all. We live in another area so i was not aware of this before we went . All i wanted to do is go for a nice meal with an old friend. i can't believe how my day turned out..... My blood was boiling & it was a horrible feeling all round. He wanted us out of there so fast he said he would refund my girlfriends money for her meal. I wanted to get out of there so fast anyway so it all worked out. I'm sure if i went there with a group of adaults it would of been fine. Don't take little kids to these places it aint fun for all, Make sure they have a play centre & ring first to see if they are child friendly. Because i know mine won't sit like an adult @ 18 mths old . I actually never had a meal there but it looked nice & good prices for a bistro I thought bistro was supposed to be family friendly. ( But not this one ). The girls & the other staff seem really nice.
