Warren responded to my call for assistance on a Saturday and came out within 2 hrs. He provided an option hoping it would fix the problem-unfortunately it did not. I rang him on Monday morning and my hot water service was replaced the same day.

My toilet tap was dripping and I received 3 different quotes. The Plumbing Professor was the cheapest quote. A reasonable price for a small job. Warren came the next day with the replacement part already to go. He was friendly, quick and efficient with the job. I will definitely call him again for future plumbing jobs.
