Called for emergency on a tap running at full capacity, and Warren, arrived to the emergency in the shortest timeframe; assessed and fixed the problem in a professional and timely fashion. Didn't lose much water. And paid a relatively low price! Grateful for his service!

Our hot water service was spraying out water everywhere, so we called the Plumbing Professor and Warren came out that day and replaced some valve thingy! Very grateful and appreciated the speedy service.

My problem was a blocked storm water drain, which needed clearing promptly due to the council road works & the upgrading of the street drainage system. A section of pipe on my property was found to be totally block by roots. This had to be replaced - not an easy task on a hot day - but completed in good time for my drains to be hooked up by the council! Many thanks! I would be happy to recommend The Plumbing Professor.

I called "the plumbing professor" after not being able to get in touch with my plumber I usually use. I left a message and within the hour they had called to say they would be around within 2 hours. Warren called to let me know that he was on his way and when he did arrive he informed me that my hot water service needed to be replaced. Warren had the new hot water service to my house within half and hour and proceeded to install the new service. I highly recommend this company for any repairs you need done. Did some work on our roof which leaked like a sieve. It's certainly better than what it was and Warren and the guys did the best hey could with the budget we gave them. Will be using them again and would recommend to others.

Had a new fridge water opening installed. Great response time, the guys arrived on time, the job was done quick no fuss and of a good quality. Highly recommend these guys!

I only had a small job to reconnect some old pipes to the new spa pump but Warren took the job very seriously and did a great job. He was also courteous and professional - and punctual with time! How rare is that these days!?

He even went beyond what the job required to glue back some of the fallen tiles from my front steps (unrelated stuff).

p.s: Only giving 4 stars for quality because the job is not an extremely difficult one. However, with this experience, he's definitely front-running to have our bathroom renovation job next year (still planning!) and no doubt that will be a 5-star quality job.

Had a valve replaced on a hot water service. I called in morning and it's was fixed 2 hours later. Excellent service and response and same price as several years ago which was excellent
