Warren responded to my call for assistance on a Saturday and came out within 2 hrs. He provided an option hoping it would fix the problem-unfortunately it did not. I rang him on Monday morning and my hot water service was replaced the same day.
I would highly recommend the Plumbing Professor - Warren and his team were prompt, courteous and efficient and as a bonus their rates are reasonable. I will be passing their details onto others
