Bad customer service right from sales to delivery

I paid for a premium delivery service for an appliance. However, I was waiting 3 days beyond the delivery date without any contact from the The Good Guys! There was no response to my emails; the follow-up phones never got picked at the department store in Hoppers Crossing right from ordering to delivery status. The customer service was not up to the mark with half installation done and a bad attitude by the delivery driver. Unfortunately will never use The ( not so ) Good Guys!

Have just been into the Good Guys at Hoppers Crossing and was served by one of the nicest and most helpful people I've met in a long time. Her name was Nicola Georgakopoulos. She was so helpful and knowledgeable that we've been back three times and bought other things because we were so impressed. Nothing was to much trouble and she was an absolute delight. Good old fashion service with a smile.

Worst customer service I must say. Requested a delivery on Sunday and asked them to contact prior to agree on a mutually agreed time, I got an SMS on Saturday late evening stating an early Sunday morning time at which I couldn't be there. And the store was closed by that time, so couldn't contact anyone. At least a 24hr notice is required for delivery. And 0 for the delivery guys who kept on pestering every 2 minutes for someone to authorize unloading. I mean, come on, it's difficult to get someone on an early Sunday morning (added this being a new house and a new neighbourhood to us)

I have bought many things from here before and always had good price and service but today DAVID the manager went beyond and helped me out so quickly as i am in COVID isolation. Kudos to GOOD GUYS Hoppers Crossing. Will always shop here and i suggest you do too

Two days before Christmas we returned our Bissell Stick Vac to the store (under guarantee) because the handle had snapped. Bissell policy was for the item to be checked by them before a decision was made regarding repair or replacement. On 3rd Jan we had a message from Good Guys to say our Vac was ready to collect. The old one has been replaced with the latest model. Service with a smile as usual. Thank you Good Guys and Bissell.
Once again excellent service when my wife's tablet stopped working. Tech guy could not fix it and thought it may have to be returned to supplier but two hours later we get a call to say a replacement is ready to pick up. Again Thank you

When I went there to buy a wii 3 -mth ago, they gave me the BEST price of $199. When I showed the catalogue of another nearby store, they match it. ($149)
That means, to me, their prices are set at the premium even they say it is the BEST price.
And the attitude from the salesperson was very bad. VERY VERY Rude

Jamie S is my salesman and he is WONDERFUL. Very helpful and when / if I have any issues they are quick to help fix things for me. They work for the consumer and I feel they always try to give me the best deal. They are the only place I buy my electrical and home appliances from.

Very competitive prices. Offer extended warranty for a fee. Specials are great. Love shopping for little gadgets there!!!

I recently bought my LCD TV from The Good Guys... While frustrated at the waiting time at JB Hi-Fi, I was attended to straight away here and got the deal I wanted in an instant. Definitely pays to do your pricing homework before you go... But I said to the guy, "JB have it it for this" and he immediately said, "We can do it for X." With X being $100 cheaper than JB :)
