We have used them a few times, we always do our homework first and compare prices. Last week we needed a chest freezer, they didn't have the one we wanted on the floor but did out the back, price matched another store and took a little more off too. Had the item delivered less than two hours later. The delivery guy was great too, my son loves trucks so he let him go in the back and "help". :)

Got a great deal on 2 laptops for xmas, unfortunately one stopped working 10 jan 09. Have been dealing with Asus service Centre, who have been very uncommunicative to say the least, Got the good guys involved 26FEB09, and today the manager has authorised ASUS to fixt the laptop and no cost to me, which is outstanding, as the unit is brand spanking new. Absolutely fabulous customer service from this retailer when issues arise.

I always shop around and compare prices . I have bought most big appliances from the good guys in hoppers crossing because they are rarely beaten on price and I also like the service they provide. If I say I'm just looking they give you space but when I have a question they are readily available. No complaints here.

I have bought so many products from this Good Guys, from airconditioners to digital cameras, yet when I needed to exchange a camera I had bought from another good guys store, they told me it was not possible and to drive 1hr to the store I purchased it at. Purchasing store said they should have exchanged the item. On another occasion they didn't have advertised microwaves in stock.
