I picked up a MacBook Pro from them and found that it wouldn’t power up. I was told on the phone that it was working fine when they gave it back to me. I opened up the computer and found that they had not reconnected the hard drive cable. Not quite sure how it worked fine for them. Disappointing.

Just all round awesome. Originally went in months ago with my son's laptop as a hinge was broken. The lady, Ivy, looked skeptical, but took it in the back. 5 minutes later she came back and it was sorted. 'How much?' I asked. She laughed and said, 'Nothing.' My 13 year old son was so impressed he wrote a review.
Fast forward to me upgrading to Windows 11 and my whole Office 365 went t**s up. I'm a sole trader working from home and it basically made my life hell, hours to achieve the simplest task. Microsoft was as helpful as an ashtray on a motorbike, of course. Took it into Eric and 4 days later everything is fixed. Just the nicest people, with great customer service and a job I would have paid thousands to fix cost me less than $200.00. Tripadvisor should have a section that's not restaurants and hotels, so that traveler's who are experiencing issues with their tech will know where to go.

Bought several products from them. Had them replace a hard drive in my iMac. Now, I can't load any of the software back onto the drive. i called them only to be told, "Call Apple, we only do hardware" Strange considering they transferred all my data from the dead drive!
Well, I'm never going back there!!
My advice, go elsewhere.

I bought a computer from Talk to the Mac 3 years ago, and always had excellent back up service and support. I was provided with low cost repairs when I needed help and did not have the money.
