As I had limited time available for drop off it was explained that I could drop my car off at my own leisure and how to do this out of hours. Then, the customer service people called to explain how the service was going and to offer an addition to my service to make sure that both my car, and myself, were kept healthy. My car was ready on time and the service outcomes were explained step by step without rushing through it.
All of the staff were very friendly and take the time to assist in any way required – and always with a smile.
