l attend simply Natural Therapies for various reasons, whether its a Massage or other sessions. I've tried other places but SNT is the only place that listen and understand pending on the sessions you require. They are friendly all the time at the store or over the phone. L would recommend SNT to anyone who would like to improve their health but also just to attend their informative workshops. Thankyou SNT for existing.

I have been visiting SNT for a number of years including regular massage and more recently a sound healing with Alison. I have always loved this shop and have always enjoyed my treatments. The energy of the shop is amazing and the shop manager Kathryn is a wealth of knowledge and always makes times to chat and often has words of wisdom to share.

I have see Nicole, Massage Therapist a few times at SNT and each session I have left leaving completely relaxed and rejuvenated! She is a brilliant massage therapist whom I could not recommend highly enough. And I am very fussy being a massage therapist myself!

I would like to recommend Phil Low, Massage therapist at SNT. My session with him addressed my low back strain and met all of my expectations. He seemed to concentrate on muscle groups with firm presssure and his strong slow technique ironed me out and eased away a lot of my stiffness and tension. He also showed me some stretching movements which I have been doing at home since to open up my hips and stretch my quads, which is often needed with low back issues. He has a calm and very capable energy which I appreciate. I have sent my husband along to see him and I'll be returning for another great massage soon. Thanks Phil and also Simply Natural Therapies for providing a wonderful healing centre!

I have had several kinesiologist treatments with Debbie.
All I can say is, AMAZING. There were some things personal I didn't want to share but my body obviously did. I saw change within the next few sessions within myself and still have the affirmations given to me by Debbie on my wall so I see it everyday. I could be emotional with some sessions but Debbie had such a beautiful nature about her that I always felt comfortable and happy to open the story up a bit more. What a calling Debbie has being a kinesiologist. Been raving to my friends about it as well.

I love this clinic! I have seen several practitioners here and find them all lovely. I saw Sarah for Acupuncture during my pregnancy and then did the HypnoBirthing course. I would highly recommend going here when pregnant, trying to conceive or after you've had your baby. The shop also has great products including MooGoo which I use for my baby.

I recently had a Crystal Bed Healing treatment with Alison at Simply Natural Therapies. The treatment was profound and I could sense the opening and the harmonisation of the chakras, and the flow of energy between the chakras increasing and becoming very smooth.

I also experienced a very deep state of relaxation and felt fantastic and very energised at the end of the treatment.

I have been to the clinic for Crystal bed healing , hypnotherapy, and accupunture. I have found the practioners to be professional, understanding and very thorough. I have noticed a big difference from accupuncture and managed to quit smoking after hypnotherapy. I feel much healthier and happy that I have managed to finally quit smoking after trying everything and failing for many years. They are affordable and have a variety of services.

I've been doing the Migraine program for 6 weeks and look forward to my sessions each week. My migraines are still there at the moment, but are becoming less frequent and feel more manageable. Alison and Nicole are both wonderful and make me feel very comfortable and nurtured during the sessions. Thank you SNT.
